Bainfroid.ch equipment
The equipment needed for cold bath initiations, and for swimming in general, is very simple:
– 1 swimsuit
– 1 linen
– something to cover yourself with after swimming
– your motivation!
+ optional extras, for comfort:
– A second small towel or bath mat for the floor can be nice because the floor is cold
– slippers or bathing shoes, more comfortable for walking on pebbles (you don't need neoprene slippers, simple bathing slippers that protect the soles of the feet are sufficient)
– a swimming cap (to avoid getting your hair wet when putting your head underwater)
PONCHOS
Two colors to choose from:
– Royal blue
– Navy blue
One size fits all
The poncho costs CHF 80.–
You can pick it up in Vevey or during an introduction to cold bathing.
If sent by post, there is an additional charge of CHF 10.50.
We have created very practical ponchos for swimming in cold water.
To keep warm before and after swimming and to change easily!
They are printed locally in Yvorne.
